1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
The service presents trend-reversal interpretations, historical research, market context, target observations, and deterministic hypothetical simulations derived from available data. Features and access levels may differ between Free and paid plans.
3. No financial advice
All content is general information for research and education. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions, suitability, risk limits, taxes, and compliance with laws applicable to you. Digital-asset and derivatives markets can result in rapid and total loss.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and permitted to use this type of service in your location. Account information must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions
Paid access begins only after confirmed activation. The selected plan, price, duration, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless checkout states otherwise, renewal requires a verified billing event. Cancellation scheduled for period end preserves access through the paid period and prevents the next renewal. Plan changes scheduled in the account area take effect at the next verified renewal. No partial-period refund is promised unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the service for your own lawful research. You must not share credentials, resell access, scrape or bulk-extract protected content, bypass access controls, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected components, or use the service to violate market, sanctions, consumer-protection, or other applicable laws.
7. Intellectual property
The service design, research presentation, software, text, branding, compiled analysis, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. A subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the service during the applicable access period. It does not transfer ownership.
8. Market data and third parties
Some information depends on exchanges, data providers, network services, and other third parties. Their data may be delayed, incomplete, revised, unavailable, or subject to separate rights and terms. The operator does not control third-party markets or services.
9. Availability and changes
The service may experience maintenance, outages, stale data, delayed updates, or errors. The operator may improve, suspend, or discontinue features and may adjust Free or paid access prospectively. Material subscription changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
10. Hypothetical performance
Simulations are not actual customer results. They use documented assumptions and may omit factors present in live trading, including execution uncertainty, liquidity, latency, funding, taxes, and behavioral decisions. Past or hypothetical observations do not guarantee future results.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, profitability, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, trading, market, data, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any aggregate liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to mandatory law.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, security risk, legal requirement, or material breach. You may stop using the Free service at any time and may manage an active subscription through the account controls. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
14. Changes to these Terms
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, reasonable notice will be provided when practicable. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
15. Governing terms and contact
Mandatory consumer and local laws remain applicable. The operator identity, governing jurisdiction, and formal contact details presented during checkout or in the deployed account-support channel form part of these Terms.
