1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Reversal Intelligence website, accounts, subscription access, customer-support interactions, and related commercial APIs. It does not govern an exchange, wallet, payment provider, or other third-party service.
2. Information you provide
When you create an account, the service records your display name, email address, a salted one-way password hash, account creation time, plan, and subscription status. If billing is enabled later, the service may receive transaction identifiers, plan, payment status, renewal dates, and limited billing metadata from the payment provider. Full payment-card details should be handled by that provider rather than stored by this application.
3. Information collected automatically
The server may process IP address, request time, requested route, response status, user agent, security events, session identifiers, and diagnostic logs needed to deliver and protect the service. With your separate analytics consent, the product records an opaque first-party session, allowlisted page/feature events, event time, and—when signed in—the account identifier. Product analytics do not store IP addresses, user agents, referrers, form contents, market snapshots, advertising identifiers, or device fingerprints.
4. How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, authenticate sessions, provide the correct access level, manage subscriptions, measure consented subscription conversion and retention, understand feature usage, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, maintain reliability, comply with legal duties, and improve the customer experience. It is not used to place trades or access a customer exchange account.
5. Cookies and analytics choices
The service uses an essential HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. It is configured with SameSite protection and is marked Secure when deployed over HTTPS. If you select “Allow analytics,” a separate HTTP-only first-party analytics cookie links allowlisted product events into an anonymous session. Analytics remain off before consent. You can stop future collection at any time through “Analytics choices” in the footer. The application does not use advertising cookies or cross-site marketing trackers.
6. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of the service agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where specifically requested. The applicable basis depends on your location and the activity.
7. Sharing
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with infrastructure, security, communications, support, analytics, and payment providers acting for the service; with professional advisers; to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization. Personal information is not sold.
8. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries different from yours. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards will be used for international transfers.
9. Retention
Account and subscription records are retained while the account is active and afterward for security, dispute, accounting, and legal requirements. Consented product-analytics events are retained for the configured analytics period, currently up to 365 days, and are then deleted automatically. Expired sessions and unnecessary operational logs are deleted or anonymized according to operational retention schedules. Retention may be extended when required for fraud prevention, litigation, or law.
10. Security
Safeguards include salted password hashing, revocable server-side sessions, HTTP-only cookies, same-origin write protections, access controls, and restricted public responses. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you should use a unique password and protect your device.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Some information may be retained when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights.
12. Children
The service is not directed to children and is intended only for people legally eligible to use market-research subscription services. The operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Policy updates
This policy may change as the product, providers, or law evolves. The updated version will show a new effective date, and material changes will be communicated when required.
14. Contact
Privacy questions and rights requests should be submitted through the formal support contact published in the deployed account area or supplied during subscription checkout. The operator may need to verify identity before completing a request.
